A technical platform modification required additional fire protective measures on board Neptune’s F3-fb platform. With the standard J-rated fire wall product range and the ability to install these certified walls without hotwork in processing conditions, InterDam installed a jetfire wall on board the platform. With an extremely short design, engineering, manufacturing and construction process, a new wall was added, in order to ensure process safety.
With the use of standard and fully approved G21 Firepanels, a jetfire 15-minute wall has been created. Another example of how the standard InterDam product portfolio can be used for A, H and J-rated fire proofing of extensions, upgrades and refurbishment of existing assets.
