Code of Conduct and related policies
InterDam has implemented a set of rules outlining our principles, values, standards and rules of behaviour that guide the decisions, procedures, and systems of our organization in a way that contributes to the welfare of our stakeholders and respects the rights of all constituents affected by our operations. Â
The basis is our Code of Conduct which applies to everyone working for InterDam, whether as a fulltime employee, temporary worker, agent or distributor.
Further related policies are our Core Values, Privacy Policy, Drugs and Alcohol Policy, Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, Anti-Counterfeit Policy, Anti-Bribary and Anti-Corruption Policy, Philanthropic Partnership and Donations Policy and our Notification Protocol for Wrongdoing and our Sanctions Policy.

InterDam is working on reporting about its related activities and will present an Annual Report here soon. We expect to issue our 2025 report by early 2026.
CO2 carbon footprint policies
InterDam has joined the CO2 Performance Ladder, as InterDam is committed to reduce its carbon footprint as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
The CO2 Performance Ladder is a Dutch certification tool developed by the Foundation for Climate-Friendly Procurement and Business (SKAO) that encourages organizations to reduce their CO2 emissions by focusing on four areas: insight into emissions, reduction measures, communication, and participation in initiatives.
We will publish the related Certificate and various reports regularly here.
SKAO
In addition to our own website, documents will also be published on the SKAO website. These will become visible once the certification process has been successfully completed.
We will be listed under our parent company: FPB Holding.
CO2 Performance Ladder certificate
We are certified in accordance with the CO2 Performance Ladder, level 3.
To this end, we will periodically publish documents on our website.

Other
Besides our policies as talked about here, we also have an energymeasurement plan and we participate in many inniatives. This may be an innovation project for CO2 reduction initiated by another company, but we may also consider starting our own initiative.
